If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-days return and exchange.
Under EU rules, you are entitled to a cancellation period of 14 days when shopping online. It is the customer’s own responsibility to cover shipment costs related to returning a product, unless otherwise agreed.
If you exchange a product, the 14-day return and exchange service starting on the date the product is shipped.
With the exception of faulty goods, all items must be returned to us in their new sellable condition as received and all goods must be returned unused, with their original, undamaged packaging. Damaged or altered goods will not be accepted.
Gift cards are non-refundable. If you return a product purchased with a gift card, your gift card will be re-activated.
How to return and/or exchange a product
- Ensure you return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt.
- Fill out the enclosed return form and send it with your return package.
- For returns, please send the package to the following address:
- We do not accept return packages sent to parcel shops! In such cases, the package must be expected to be returned to sender – after which it must be sent again.
- Refunds are issued 1-3 days after receiving the returned product safely.
- For return outside the EU, it is the customer’s responsibility to cover any import taxes related to accepting the returned goods back to Denmark.
- The items should be properly wrapped.
- You choose which freight / parcel company you want to use. Always save the postal receipt and possibly also the track and trace number.
- If you live outside the EU, you will also receive a proforma invoice with your delivery. Remember to enclose this with your returned package.
- If you wish for a refund please allow 1 to 7 days for the funds to be at your account, as it may take a few extra days if having an account in another country, but feel safe, we will always send you a notification as soon as your parcel is received and when your refund has been processed.
- Please note we can only refund to the same card paid with when making the purchase.
Incorrect address or uncollected packages
It is your duty as a customer to check and make sure that you have entered the correct information so that the freight courier has the opportunity to submit your package.
- Write a wrong address
or fail to provide information that will prevent GLS from delivering your package
- do not pick it up in the parcel shop for the specified time
- In case of the above, your package will be sent back to us. If you want us to send the package to you again, it will cost additional handling/freight fee.
Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 24 months of purchase. Please note that goods that are damaged as a result of “wear and tear” (normal use) are not considered to be faulty. If possible, we will offer to replace the products with the same product. You will receive a refund if the item cannot be repaired/replaced with a similar product.
All items are controlled and checked for any faults before being sent to the customer. If you receive items that are not in a perfect condition, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving them. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. The original packing material for the Power Mist and KUB should also be protected as it is considered part of the product.
Gift cards are non-refundable.

Delivery within Denmark and EU. For shipping cost outside EU, Norway and Switzerland a local import tax will be added from our shipping provider.

We do not deliver to PO Box addresses for security reasons.
All orders placed before 12 pm will be processed the same working day and all orders placed after 12 pm or on the weekend (including bank holidays) will be processed the next working day. Delivery time is 2-3 working days within Denmark. The estimated delivery time for the rest of Europe is 3-5 working days. All orders will be delivered via GLS, UPS or similar freight couriers.
Scandinavias cannot be held responsible for delays by freight couriers.
Of course, in the event of very late (several days) or out of stock deliveries, we will send a new delivery without charge.
All items are delivered only as long as stocks are kept and reservations are made for backorder and discontinued goods. Touchland.dk reserves the right to make price changes, stock management errors and accepts no liability for any printing errors.
Once your order is dispatched from Touchland.dk you will be notified via the email provided when you purchased your item on the website. The notification email is sent from our warehouse Scandinavias ApS and includes details about your unique tracking ID and the freight forwarder. However, should you still have questions to the delivery kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will strive to reply to your request within 24 hours.
Local pick up
If you want to pick up your package yourself in our warehouse, this can be done at the following address:
You will be notified when your goods are ready for pick up. But you are also welcome to call or write and agree time for pickup.
Taxes & Duty
Delivery costs are paid by the customer in all countries, except if the order is approved for free delivery. All additional cost that may incur such as local import taxes is the customer’s responsibility (where applicable). Touchland.dk is not responsible for any delays due to delivery by outstanding import taxes.
We do not offer tax-free purchases.
All shipments are without insurance and Touchland.dk cannot be held accountable for any lost packages.
