We have taken the development of the effective & upgraded sanitizing solution very seriously – that is why our formulation has been tested & successfully passed the following exams:

- Stability test: to guarantee an expiration date of 2 years once manufactured

Is this all-natural?
We are not currently a certified organic product. That is something we will look into for the future. That being said, we use the highest quality, all natural ingredients whenever possible. All of our inactive ingredients, including our powerful essential oils, are sourced with the utmost care for you, our beloved touchland® users.
Are Touchland® solutions refillable?
We want to ensure that every time you sanitize your hands with touchland® products, you experience our guaranteed and certified sanitizing formulation. When refilling our products, there’s a high risk of cross contamination. That’s why Refeel cartridge is not refillable but contains double doses compared to gel & foam cartridges. Power Mist is not refillable either but lasts 20 times more than gel carry on bottles. In our effort to be an eco-friendly company, we are working to create a recycling program to reduce plastic waste & compensate customers that help us take care of the environment by recycling through our program
Can I use Touchland® multiple times a day?
Sure, use as often as needed, especially at key moments, such as before eating, after using the restroom and after touching objects that are frequently touched by others.
When should I sanitize my hands?
- Before, during, and after preparing food
- Before eating food
- Before and after caring for someone who is sick
- Before and after treating a cut or wound
- After using the toilet
- After changing diapers or cleaning up a child who has used the toilet
- After blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing
- After touching an animal, animal feed, or animal waste
- After handling pet food or pet treats
- After touching garbage
What should I keep in mind while using Touchland®?
It is for external use only and is Flammable. Keep away from fire or flame. If swallowed, get medical help or contact Poison Control Central immediately. Stop use and consult a doctor if irritation or redness develop. Keep out of eyes, if liquid comes in contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water immediately. Do not ingest or inhale. Avoid use on broken skin.
Can I speed up my delivery?
Deliveries will be made within 3-5 working days from order placement.
Currently Touchland.dk does not offer express deliveries.
Can I add an item to an existing order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to add an item to an existing order. If you wish to buy more items you will have to place another order. Please contact us before shipment of your first order and we will be able to ship your orders together.
How will my order be dispatched?
DHL, Post Danmark, UPS or GLS will deliver your order to you.
All orders are shipped as secured parcels with a trach&trace number – track your parcel at www.postdanmark.dk, www.dhl.com, www.ups.com or www.gls.dk.
Costs depend on the shipping destination.
Your postage costs are free if the amount has surpassed our “free delivery” limit.
How do I return or exchange an item?
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return it we shall be happy to offer a full refund or exchange providing you send it back to us within 14 days of receipt. Please note that postage and packaging costs will be incurred for exchanges. All items must be returned in a new and unused condition in their original packaging.
An item is missing – what should I do?
All shipments are double checked before dispatch. Should it occur that an item is missing, please contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to remedy the situation as soon as possible.
I purchased an item and now the price is lower. Can I get a price adjustment?
No, that is not possible! You are, of course, welcome to return your items.
When will sold out products be back in stock?
Our stock moves constantly. We recommend visiting the website to see if the item is back in stock.
When will I be refunded?
It can take approximately 10 business days for us to receive your return in our warehouse in Denmark. As soon as we have received your item(s) your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 2 business days.
You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
Why have you not refunded the return postage charge?
If you are returning items because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the shipping cost and will not receive a refund on your postage.
